Effective 1 September 2026. Using the BizzaPay website or mobile app means you agree to these terms.

The service

BizzaPay lets registered users buy airtime and data, pay bills, convert supported crypto to naira, run SMM orders, and complete earn-tasks. Web and mobile share one wallet and one account.

Your responsibilities

• Keep your password and 4-digit transaction PIN secret. PIN 0000 is allowed only if you set it.
• Confirm destination numbers and amounts before Pay. Wrong numbers are usually not reversible.
• Do not use the service for fraud, stolen funds, or prohibited content.
• Airtime-to-cash: send Share & Sell to the number we show. Unsent orders expire after 6 hours.
• Crypto conversions pay your bank, not your BizzaPay wallet.

Pricing and availability

Prices, fees, and discounts come from the server at checkout. A service can be turned off in admin. Provider timeouts may leave a transaction pending until we confirm.

Liability

We are not liable for network outages, delayed provider fulfilment, or losses from sharing your PIN or OTP. Chargebacks and disputes follow the funding channel (card, transfer, or crypto).

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use after a change posted here is acceptance.
